Careman in Nepal

The past month was one that was highly anticipated in the Esau home. Carmen made the trip back to Bandipur after over 3 years of absence. He was warmly received by Depak and the community over there. He was inspired by their strong work ethic and endurance through so many complicated dilemmas that could not have been relayed to us over the phone. Of course there are the monsoons, the closed roads due to political instability, the irregular supply of materials needed for construction. But through all of this they persist and are dedicated to the dream of housing these little ones sometime soon. Carmen was happy to see the progress made--and estimates just a weeks worth of work left (Canadian time...maybe a month Nepali time?) before the house is finished and ready for kids...we are planning to return next year to meet the kids...finally finally finally!
